Culture We Define

For me, true beauty lies in thoughts and ideas where we can live happily together. Nowadays, no one seems to truly understand their own religion and culture. Because of media influence and the openness of society, many young people do not feel comfortable in traditional environments. It is also true that a culture which is passive or restrictive for the youth cannot be fully accepted by them.

Traditions and Heritage: Their Real Value

Admin January 20, 2026

Traditions and heritage are the important parts of every culture. They connect us with our roots, our history, and the experiences of those who lived before us. Through traditions, we learn where we come from and how our societies were shaped with the passage of time. However, the real value of traditions and heritage do not lie in blindly following old rules. Their true purpose is to guide us toward better human values such as kindness, respect, honesty, and unity. When traditions become too strict, unfair, or harmful, they lose their original meaning and begin to limit personal growth and freedom. Heritage should be like a bridge between the past and the present, not a wall that separates people. It should help us to understand diversity, not judge it. Just like cultures are different flowers of different lands. Traditions are the roots that nourish those flowers but roots must allow growth, not stop it. The real beauty of traditions and heritage is found in what makes people more compassionate, open-minded, and respectful of others. When we keep only the positive spirit of our heritage and let go of fear, pride, and negativity, we create a healthier and more meaningful society for future generations.
